Culinary Arts is a two year course designed to prepare students for entry-level employment in the food service industry or post-secondary education. Students learning experiences include: theory, laboratory, and work experiences related to planning, selecting, preparing, and serving food. Study is based on an understanding of the proper use and care of commercial equipment and safety.
